Community Groups
You’re not alone—and you don’t have to face challenges on your own.
What Are Community Groups?
Community groups are small, welcoming gatherings designed to provide emotional support, reduce isolation, and promote mental wellness. Led by trained facilitators, these groups offer a space for open conversations, mutual understanding, and shared strategies for coping and resilience.
Who Are These Groups For?
Our groups are open to anyone experiencing mental health challenges, as well as their loved ones and caregivers. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, or simply seeking connection, there’s a group for you.
How to Join
Joining a group is easy and free. Simply fill out the contact form or contact us at 613-256-9370.

Booklets
Anxiety represents our body’s natural alarm system, signaling the possibility of danger. When this response arises too frequently or intensely and doesn’t match actual situations of danger, it can interfere with life and cause great distress.
This workshop will explore when anxiety is adaptive and in order, compared to when it becomes disordered. Participants will learn practical and accessible strategies which can be applied to all ages, and help address the physical, emotional, cognitive and social aspects of anxiety.
